A DIY device to monitor temperature/humidity, detect motion, and control my garage door over MQTT via Home Assistant.

Using an ESP8266 and Si7021 sensor to remotely monitor temperature & humidity. Data is published to Home Assistant via MQTT where it can be monitored and used for automations.

Firmware library for Adafruit's USB + Serial Backpack Kit with 16x2 RGB LCD.

This library only supports the TTL serial connection. Currently this library only supports the Particle Photon, though it should be possible to support other boards with minimal adjustments (if any).
